Alloy Twin Bush Diff Hat Upgrade Kit for Ford Falcon BA BF FG FGX XR6 Turbo XR8 M86

At Sizzle, we’ve designed a high-performance alloy diff hat featuring two large bushes, replacing the standard single bush and fragile aluminium design on BA-FGX Turbo & V8 models. If you're tired of dealing with cracked diff hats, snapped bolts, and worn-out bushes, this is the upgrade you need. The Sizzle diff hat comes with bushes pre-installed – all ready to bolt on!

Our kit utilizes the readily available GQ-GU Patrol bushes (Nissan Part Number: 55045-06J00), meaning future servicing is a non-issue.

To suit all Ford BA, BF, FG, and FGX Falcons with M86 differentials (XR6 Turbo and XR8 models), as well as Ford Territory models with M86 differentials.

Please note that this is an easy DIY kit but will require basic welding skills. You are required to remove the old crossmember mounts and then weld the supplied new brackets. Our new brackets allow for the twin bushes to both be secured to the crossmember. No measuring is required as the diff hat simply bolts on, and the diff itself will auto-align once reinstalled. One mount from the factory cradle is also removed to clear our larger diff hat. The removed  mount is no longer used when our hat is installed. Each of our kits comes with an installation diagram outlining what's required.

Kit includes our custom alloy diff hat with two pre-installed bushes, 1x diff brackets set, installation diagrams, plus all brass fittings, plugs, bolts and washers required for installation.
